Workstation controller &26 removed or failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system did not detect a workstation controller which was detected on previous IPLs.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the resource has been removed, use the WRKHDWRSC command to remove the resource.
-- If the resource is in an expansion unit that is powered off, follow correct procedures to power it on.
-- If the resource is installed and powered on, it may not be working correctly. Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local workstation IOP is listed in the System Resource Manager (SRM) database but not in the Resource Configuration Record (RCR). It may be defective, improperly installed, removed during Miscellaneous (MES) activity, or it may be in an expansion unit which is powered off.
