Wrong command value sent by operating system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : LLC activation failed due to invalid Max Request Size configured. The Max Request Size option in the configuration parameters is invalid. X.25LLC task abends during activation. This is most likely a host or user configuration error. The operating system may not be working correctly. The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The operating system sent an incorrect command value to the I/O card Licensed Internal Code.
