A test of the IOA internal data paths has failed

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
- An error has occurred in the Distributed Data Interface Network Adapter card.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : One or more of the internal data path configurations required for the line to insert into the ring failed to reach an operational state during the path test. The Distributed Data Interface Network Adapter card is not working correctly.
