Cryptographic subsystem &26 failed

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Cryptographic subsystem LIC encountered a condition which does not allow processing to continue. One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The Cryptographic processor
-- The Security System Licensed Internal Code.
-- The Cryptographic processor Licensed Internal Code.
-- The 4754 Security Interface Unit
-- The Security Interface Unit cable
-- The Personal Security card
Recovery . . . : Complete the ENDCS command on the Cryptographic subsytem at &26 followed by the STRCS commmand with the reset option. If the problem persists, press F14 to run problem determination. If the problem still persists, report the problem to your service representative.

The Cryptographic subsystem is nonfunctional.
