Retrying call Line &23. No answer.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : First call to controller &24 on line &23 failed. No Answer.
Recovery . . . : The call is being retried, if all retry attempts fail (DIALRTY parameter) another message will be posted.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : First V.25bis call failure, ring tone.
The modem did not detect the remote answer when the abort timer expired, but the modem was still detecting ring back. The modem also sends this CFI if the modem ends a call because the ring counter reached its limit. This CFI indicates a remote modem, remote system, or remote system operator problem.
