Fax adapter port &28 has detected a failed or missing coupler.

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
--A fax coupler which connects to the fax adapter is missing or defective.
--The fax adapter is not working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Check all cable connections to adapter port &28. If any loose or missing cables are detected, retry the SNDFAX command. Press F14 to run problem analysis and isolate the failing part.
