Communications I/O adapter &27 removed or failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system did not detect a communications I/O adapter which was detected on previous IPLs.
Possible causes are:
-- This resource may have been converted from a communications IOA to a workstation adapter by the connection of a "console" cable.
-- This resource may have been converted from a workstation adapter to a communication adapter by the removal of the "console" cable.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the resource has been removed, use the WRKHDWRSC command to remove the resource.
-- If the resource is in an expansion unit that is powered off, follow correct procedures to power it on.
-- If the resource is installed and powered on, it may not be working correctly. Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The resource is listed in the System Resource Manager (SRM) database but not in the Resource Configuration Record (RCR). It may be defective, improperly installed, removed during Miscellaneous Equipment Specification (MES) activity, or it may be in an expansion unit which is powered off.
