Error on network interface &30. Internal system failure.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The configuration record that was received by the I/O card Licensed Internal Code card is in error. The following may have caused the problem:
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
-- The System licensed program may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : As a possible circumvention to this problem, you can adjust the CALLPRCTMR value using the CHGNWIISDN command. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The T310 timer, specified by the CALLPRCTMR value on the CRTNWIISDN command, must be greater than zero.
