Message : CPI7F0D
Lack of transmit buffers on network interface &30.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : The call control layer of the I/O card Licensed Internal Code has encountered an insufficient number of transmit buffers and was unable to respond to a message received from the network or remote equipment. Possible causes for this problem include:
-- The ISDN line quality may be poor.
-- The network may be temporarily congested.
-- The remote equipment may not be responding.
Recovery . . . : You may ignore this message because recovery has taken place. If the problem persists or if your network interface is not operating correctly, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A fixed number of transmit buffers is allocated when the call control layer is enabled. If the data link control layer does not respond on a timely basis due to network or remote problems, the transmit buffer pool will be filled. Messages will not be transmitted until the remote responds to pending requests. The call control provider is most likely retrying with no response.
