ISDN message received on network interface &30 was not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- Incompatible equipment or incorrect setup on the remote or network side.
Recovery . . . : The remote link station or service access point has sent an ISDN message that was not correct. This may be due to incompatible equipment or incorrect setup on the remote or network side. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : When an unnumbered information frame from the network is received, its contents are checked for validity. Only a setup or restart message can be contained in the unnumbered information frame. The remote user is not conforming to CCITT recommendations.
