No response from remote equipment on network interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An ISDN protocol timer has expired thus indicating that a response was not received from its peer. Possible causes include:
-- Network congestion.
-- Network malfunctions.
-- Remote location may not be able to turn the line around fast enough due to overload.
Recovery . . . : If line quality is suspected, contact your ISDN network provider. Verify that the remote equipment is not overloaded. Use the STRSST command to display error log &22, including the hexadecimal data. The three bytes of data starting at offset 304 (hex 130) contain the hex value of the ASCII digits for the ISDN timer that has expired. For example, hex '333035' indicates that ISDN timer T305 has expired. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A protocol timer has expired thus indicating that a response was not received from its peer. Depending on which timer has expired, the call may be cleared or retried.
