Error on network interface &30. Internal system failure.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A functional communications adapter card has not been found at the address specified. One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The operating system may not be working correctly.
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
-- The ISDN communications adapter may not be installed or may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : If the problem persists, press F14 to run problem analysis and report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The system has attempted to activate an ISDN communications channel that may not be installed. Either the system has specified the wrong slot number for the adapter or the adapter hardware is not installed or not working correctly.
