Error on network interface &30. I/O card Licensed Internal Code has ended abnormally

Cause . . . . . : The I/O card Licensed Internal Code has encountered an error from which it cannot recover. The following may have caused the problem:
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Vary OFF and then ON the network interface to bring up the network interface again. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The I/O card Licensed Internal Code has ended abnormally due to a severe error. This type of error is generally caused by an I/O card Licensed Internal Code error.
