Network interface &30 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The total work load on the IOP card may have exceeded the limits specified for the card.
-- I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be functioning properly .
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKHDWRSC command and specify type (*CMN) to determine which line descriptions and network interface descriptions are using resource &26. Vary off any line descriptions or network interface descriptions that are not needed. If the problem does not appear to be related to IOP work load, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications controller storage resources have not been allocated properly by the I/O card Licensed Internal Code. The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may be in error or sufficient resources may not be available on the communications controller.
