Error on line &23 attached to network interface &30. Internal system failure.

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The System licensed program may not be working correctly.
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to analyze and report the problem. You may be able to adjust the MAXFRAME value in the line or controller description to temporarily circumvent this problem. Use the CHGLINIDLC, CHGCTLHOST, CHGCTLAPPC, or CHGCTLRWS command to change the parameter.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The receive frame buffer size parameter of the configuration as received by the I/O card Licensed Internal Code is not correct. This value specifies the ring buffer size. The value specified is either too small or too large. The value may also be rejected due to its relationship with the MAXFRAME parameter.
