Frame retry limit reached on network interface &30.

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The network may not be working correctly.
-- The local environment may be electrically noisy.
-- If you are using fixed Terminal End-point Identifier (TEI), the TEID value entered in the CRTNWIISDN command may be causing this error.
Recovery . . . : If you suspect ISDN network problems, consult your local ISDN network provider. If you are using a fixed Terminal End-point Identifier (TEI), verify that the TEID value you have entered using the CHGNWIISDN command is correct. You may have to contact your local ISDN network provider to obtain the correct TEID value. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
