Error on network interface &30. Internal system failure.

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
-- The operating system may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : If you are using a fixed Terminal Endpoint Identifier (TEI), adjusting the TEID value, using the CHGNWIISDN command may or may not circumvent the problem. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A parameter received by the I/O card Licensed Internal Code was recognized as not correct.
