Error on network interface &30. Internal system failure.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The configuration record that was received by the I/O card Licensed Internal Code card is in error. The following may have caused the problem:
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
-- The System licensed program may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : You may be able to temporarily circumvent the problem by adjusting the value of the DSCRLSTMR parameter, using the CHGNWIISDN command. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The T305 timer, specified by the DSCRLSTMR value on the CRTNWIISDN command, must be greater than zero.
