Error on network interface &30. Received command field was not correct.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The ISDN network may not be working correctly.
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : If you suspect the ISDN network equipment is causing this problem, consult your local ISDN network provider. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A frame with a command field that was not correct was received. The local system has responded with a SABME to reset the link.
