Message : CPI7F97
A frame with an incorrect count was received on line &23 attached to network interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The remote data communications equipment may not be working correctly.
-- If the frame size is greater than 7000 and the IDLCRSPTMR in the CRTLINIDLC command is less than or equal to 1.0 second, this may be the problem.
-- Configuration at remote equipment.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message since the system will respond with a FRMR(Z) to inform the remote system, followed by a set-asynchronous-balanced-mode-extended (SABME) command automatically in an attempt to recover from this problem. If you suspect poor line quality, contact your local ISDN network provider. If the problem persists, check if the frame size is greater than 7000 and if the response timer is less than 1.0 second. If this is the case, increase the response timer. If the problem still occurs, use F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A frame was recieved with a receive sequence (Nr) count that is not valid. The local system has responded with a FRMR(Z), to inform the remote system, followed by a SABME to reset the link. The link reset may or may not allow automatic recovery from the problem.
