Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The operating system may not be working correctly.
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : As a possible circumvention to this problem, you can adjust the THRESHOLD parameter using the CRTNWIISDN command. If the problem persists, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A network management parameter received by the I/O card Licensed Internal Code is not correct.
