Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The total workload on the IOP card may have exceeded the limits specified for the card.
-- I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be functioning properly.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKHDWRSC command and specify type (*CMN) to determine which line descriptions and network interface descriptions are using resource &26. Vary off any line descriptions or network interface descriptions that are not needed. If the problem does not appear to be related to IOP workload, press F14 to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications controller storage resources are not available.
