Short frame error limit reached on network interface &30.

Cause . . . . . : The number of short frames received has exceeded the threshold value given by the system. One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The ISDN line quality may be poor.
-- There may be contact problems with the ISDN cable connectors.
-- The local environment may be electrically noisy.
-- There may be problems with the remote equipment or its configuration.
-- The ISDN network equipment may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message if your network interface is operational. If you suspect poor line quality problems, consult your local ISDN network provider. If electrical noise is suspected, try eliminating the source. Check that the cable is securely connected to the appropriate receptacle and the cable is in good physical condition. Check that the remote equipment is working correctly and that the remote configuration is compatible with the local configuration. If a problem with the ISDN network equipment is suspected, contact your local ISDN network provider. You may change the frequency of occurrence of this message by adjusting the value of the THRESHOLD parameter, using the CHGNWIISDN command. If the problem persists, run ANZPRB command to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The number of short frame errors that occurred during a specified time period exceeded the limit and caused this message to be displayed.
