Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the From column field and the To column field must be a number between one and the file record length. The number must be entered without a plus sign, minus sign, or decimal point.
Recovery . . . : Specify a numeric value that is between one and the file record length, and try the request again.
