Input stream file &5 member &6 for user &3 &4 rejected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The input stream was sent by user &1 &2 to user &3 &4 at &8 and received at &9. However, the input stream was rejected for one of the following reasons:
--The value for network characteristic JOBACN is *REJECT.
--The network job entry for &1 &2 specifies *REJECT.
--No network job entry was found for &1 &2.
Recovery . . . : Either have &3 &4 correct the condition that caused the input stream to be rejected and then try the request again, or use the Send Network File (SNDNETF) command to send the file.
