*Attention* AIX Server &26 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The boot logical volume for AIX Server &26 was not found during vary on.
Recovery . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The boot logical volume may be on a Network Server Storage space that is not linked to the Network Server Description (NWSD). Use the Display Network Server Description (DSPNWSD) command with OPTION (*STGLNK) to verify that the Network Server Storage spaces are linked. If the boot logical volume is on a Network Server Storage space that is not linked to the Network Server Description (NWSD), first ensure that the Network Server Description is in varied off state using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command. Then, link the Network Server Storage space using the Add Server Storage Link (ADDNWSSTGL) command. After this, vary on the Network Server Description (NWSD) using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command.
-- If AIX ended abnormally after the boot logical volume was moved to a different Network Server Storage space, the operating system may not be able to find it. The operating system will use the default boot list which is the first four drive sequence numbers for the Network Server Description. Link the Network Server Storage space that contains the boot logical volume as one of the first four drive sequence numbers and then vary on the Network Server Description (NWSD) again.
-- There may be a problem with the AIX boot image. Experienced AIX administrators who have knowledge of how to recover data from an AIX system that is unable to boot from DASD may want to use the Start AIX Maintenance Mode (STRAIXMNT) command to boot from AIX installation media.

If the problem persists, press F14 and report the problem to your Software Service Provider.
