Cause . . . . . : The optical disk drive addressing within the optical library is not correct. This error is likely to be the result of faulty cabling or switch setting following service to an optical library.
Recovery . . . : The internal optical disk drive cabling and drive address switches need to be checked and verified. Press F14 to report the problem to your Hardware Service Provider.
