Cause . . . . . : An error occurred. The Integrated xSeries Adapter (IXA) continues to run with reduced function.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the network server description (NWSD) &30 and then vary it back on again using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command. If the error persists, press F14 and report the problem to your Hardware Service Provider.
