*Attention* Resource &28 removed or failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system did not detect an adapter card which was detected on previous IPLs.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the resource is in an expansion unit that is powered off, follow correct procedures to power it on.
-- If the resource has been removed, go into System Service Tools (STRSST) and use the Failed and non-reporting hardware resources option in Hardware service manager to remove the resource.
-- If the resource is installed and powered on, report the problem to your hardware service provider.
Press F14 and report the problem.
