Cause . . . . . : Windows server failed. The following may have caused the problem:
-- A Windows device driver.
-- Windows Operating System.
-- Licensed Internal Code.
-- User-initiated action.
-- Adapter card.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the network server description (NWSD) &30 and then vary it back on again using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command. If the error persists, press F14 and report the problem to your Hardware Service Provider.
