Save-while-active request prevented by externally managed transaction.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Job &3/&2/&1 is performing a save request that has specified SAVACT(*LIB), SAVACT(*SYSDFN) or SAVACT(*SYNCLIB). This request cannot continue until the externally managed transaction with pending changes identified by logical unit of work identifier &4 is committed or rolled back.
Recovery . . . : To display the transaction, use the Work with Commitment Definitions (WRKCMTDFN) command, specifying *ALL for the job (JOB) parameter and &4 for the logical unit of work ID (LUWID) parameter. If no commitment definition is found, the transaction has been committed or rolled back, and the save will no longer be prevented by this transaction. If the commitment definition is found, wait for transaction manager &5 to commit or roll back the transaction before retrying the save request.
