Cause . . . . . : The maximum number of entries, &2, has been reached for table &1.
Recovery . . . : If additional entries are needed, either remove the entries from table &1 that are not used and add the new ones, or create a new table using the WRKDEVTBL, WRKUSRTBL, or WRKPGMTBL commands.
