Cause . . . . . : A commit operation for commitment definition &1 was in progress when the system ended. The logical unit of work was prepared to commit or roll back pending the decision owned by either remote location &4 or by an X/Open transaction manager. To bring the commitment definition to a prepared state, locks are acquired on the local resources so they cannot be accessed until resynchronization has completed and the resources are committed or rolled back.
Recovery . . . : No recovery is required if this message is not followed by any CPD83D4 messages indicating a failure occurred during prepare processing. If any CPD83D4 messages follow this message in the job log, then follow the recovery instructions for message CPD83D4 to recover from the failure.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The commitment definition identifier is &2. The activation group number is &3. The Logical Unit of Work identifier is &8. The lock space id is &9. The lock space associated space id is &10. The XID is &11.
