Resynchronization with relational database &11 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt to bring relational database &11 at IP address &13 using port &17 to a consistent state with respect to other resources has failed; reason code &1.
The following is a list of reason codes and their meanings:
1 -- Not able to establish connection.
2 -- Connection ended abnormally.
3 -- Function check in an internal procedure.
4 -- Session outage detected.
5 -- Protocol violation.
6 -- Not able to transfer resynchronization to a database server job.
7 -- Outcome of the unit of work is unknown because the unit of work has not reached a commit decision.
8 -- Not able to access the recovery log because of COLD response.
99 -- Other internal failure.
Recovery . . . : No recovery is required. If resynchronization cannot be reattempted because of the failure, message CPF83DD will appear later in the job log with instructions how to recover. Otherwise, resynchronization will be reattempted.
