OSI Message Services journal not created.

Cause . . . . . : During the install of OSI Message Services, the create of the QX400 journal receiver in library QUSRSYS failed because the QX400 journal receiver in library QUSRSYS already exists.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following before trying to use the QX400 subsystem:
-- Delete and then create the QX400 journal receiver in the QUSRSYS library. Then create the QX400 journal in library QUSRSYS specifying the journal receiver just created as the attached journal receiver. Note: User data in the deleted journal receiver will be lost.
-- Create a journal receiver with a new name. Then create the QX400 journal in library QUSRSYS specifying the journal receiver just created as the attached journal receiver.
