Distribution queue &1 error held by sender job.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The distribution queue has been put in an error held (ERR Held) state because the SNA Distribution Services (SNADS) sender was unable to send the distribution queue entries.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Distribution Log (DSPDSTLOG) command to display the SNADS log which contains the error entries made by the SNADS sender job that put the queue in the error held state. Correct any error(s) and use option 6 from the Work with Distribution Queue display to release the distribution queue. Then try your request again.
