Processor cannot communicate with bus extension unit

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A bus extender cable, a bus extender card, or a power problem in the bus extension unit is preventing the processor from communicating with the bus extension unit.
Make sure the power switch on the front of the bus extension unit is in the ON position.
Recovery . . . :
- Press F14 to see the failing item listing.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The Table ID is B600FA00. The Unit Reference Code is &33. The Error Log ID is &22. The Problem Log ID is &35.
