Message received for QSRVBAS is not recognizable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A message was received for user QSRVBAS and it is not a program temporary fix (PTF) or cover letter.
Recovery . . . : Job QESTP has the QSRVBAS message queue locked while waiting for PTFs to arrive from a service provider. Job QESTP will ignore any message other than one indicating the arrival of a PTF or cover letter. If it is necessary to view this message job QESTP must be ended. To restart job QESTP end and start subsystem QSNADS. To prevent this condition have the users send messages to another message queue.
