PTF file &1 cannot be received.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system attempted to delete the existing save file &1 in QGPL in order to receive the new program temporary fix (PTF) save file &1. The system is not authorized to delete the existing save file.
Recovery . . . : To receive the file, use the Delete File (DLTF) command to delete the existing save file from library QGPL and then end and start the QSNADS subsystem again.
