Job for receiving PTFs has ended.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Errors have occurred in the job for receiving program temporary fixes (PTFs). The job, QESTP, runs in the QSNADS subsystem and has ended. The return code is &1.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem identified by the return code. Once the problem has been corrected use the End Subsystem (ENDSBS) command to end the QSNADS subsystem.
When the subsystem has ended, use the Start Subsystem (STRSBS) command to start the QSNADS subsystem again.
Job QESTP is automatically started when the QSNADS subsystem starts. Use the Work with Active Jobs (WRKACTJOB) command to verify that job QESTP has started and the status of the job is either MSGW or RUN.
If the problem continues, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to report the problem to your service provider.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The return code is one of the following:
--10--System cannot allocate QSRVBAS message queue.
--20--System cannot retrieve service provider information.
--30--System cannot receive messages from QSRVBAS message queue.
--40--System cannot create a save file for PTF.
--50--System cannot receive files.
