Line &23 threshold information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The line may be busy.
-- The operator may have used an incorrect calling procedure.
-- Modems and automatic calling equipment may be turned off.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message if you have been successful in establishing a switched connection. If the telephone line to the remote station was busy, try again later. If an incorrect calling procedure was used, contact the local telephone company for help. If the automatic calling equipment is not turned on, turn it on. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A sufficient number of calls have been made to a given telephone number or station that were not successful. The number exceeds the threshold value of calls attempted and caused a threshold error.
