Line &23 threshold information.

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The environment may be electrically noisy.
-- The modem may not be properly grounded.
-- Automatic calling equipment may be turned off.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message if you have been successful in establishing a switched connection. An electrically noisy environment may be causing this problem. Refer to the IBM Systems Hardware Information Center Planning information for information about electrical requirements and noise problem considerations. Consult the modem manufacturer to determine the proper grounding technique to use. If the automatic calling equipment is not turned on, turn it on. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error indicates the present-next-digit (PND) circuit has been found in error many times and caused a threshold error.
