Line &23 threshold information.

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The X.21 network is intermittently entering an unknown state.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the X.21 network, connect your X.21 network representative. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The number of times the X.21 network went to an unknown state reached the value specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINSDLC command.
