Message : CPI8E1A
Line &23 threshold information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The communications processor is configured with too many lines attached or running too many high speed lines.
-- The X.21 network is changing states too fast.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. If you are not satisfied with the operation of your line, reduce the number of lines or reduce the line speeds of some lines that are running with the communications processor card. To determine what other lines are active, you may choose to vary off the line and vary it on using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command with RESET (*YES) specified. The VRYCFG command will display a message for each active line. Then you may choose to vary off these lines to reduce the work load, and vary on the line in error to reset this line. You may also end service functions that are not needed. The network may be changing states too fast. You may want to contact the X.21 network representative. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : State changes on the X.21 network are occurring faster than the system can process them. The counter for state interrupt overrun errors reached the value specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINSDLC command.
