Line &23 threshold information.

Cause . . . . . : A communication controller threshold has been exceeded. Your system will continue to operate; however, system performance may be degraded.
Recovery . . . : You can turn off or change the threshold function in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CHGLINSDLC command.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
A character that was not valid was received while waiting for a proceed-to-select or an incoming-call indication from an X.21 network. This occurred enough times to cause the counter for not valid characters to reach the value specified in the THRESHOLD parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command.
The probable causes are:
-- The modem may not be properly grounded.
-- The environment may be electrically noisy.
Refer to the System Hardware Information Center Planning information for information about electrical requirements and noise problem considerations. Consult the modem manufacturer to determine the proper grounding technique to use.
