Line &23 threshold information.

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The X.21 network did not respond.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. If you are not satisfied with the operation of your network, consult the local telephone company to have the line tested to verify line quality. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local data circuit-terminating equipment (DCE) failed to respond to the loop request within the time specified in the T20 time-out parameter. This occurred many times and caused the counter for the T20 time-out errors to reach the value specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINSDLC command.
