Line &23 threshold information.

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- Line noise at the remote location.
-- An incorrect number may have been specified for the CNNNBR value when the controller description was created.
-- The equipment at the remote location may not be operational.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. Verify that the correct number is specified for the CNNNBR value. Verify that the remote equipment is ready to send and to receive data. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The threshold limit for the X.21 network 44 call progress signal reached the limit specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINSDLC command. The X.21 network indicated that the remote location called is not operational, this may be due to line noise.
