Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- Incorrect class of service data may be specified for the USRFCL value when the controller description was created.
-- The correct class of service may not have been installed by the network provider.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. Verify that the correct class of service is specified for the USRFCL value in the controller description. Verify that the class of service data in the telephone number field of the controller description is correct. Contact the X.21 network provider to verify what class of services is available. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINSDLC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The threshold limit for the X.21 network 52 call progress signal reached the limit specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINSDLC command. The X.21 network indicated that the class of service requested in the calling sequence is not available.
