Line &23 failed, recovery stopped.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- An error may have occurred in the communications controller program.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the line and vary it on using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command with RESET (*YES) specified. The VRYCFG command will display a message for each active line. Then vary off these lines and vary on the line in error to reset this line. This will cause the program to be loaded again. If this problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications controller program returned a status code that is not valid and caused the program to have an abnormal end.
