Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The line description as specified by the CRTLINSDLC command may be incorrect.
-- The Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Verify the ACRSRCNAME, the RSRCNAME, or the INTERFACE values in the CRTLINSDLC command. If the values are correct, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications equipment that is installed cannot support the specified protocol or line interface defined by the CRTLINSDLC command.
